Policy on Returns and Exchanges
1Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2Fill in the return request form attached to the order.
3Attach a shipping label on the top of the box.
4Wait for someone to come and collect your product. (This process may take 2 working days)
5After you have sent the parcel, please wait till the product reaches the warehouse.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items in case of only defective products within 5 (five) calendar days from the moment of receiving those items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. In case any of the products is found in a used condition then the customer is not liable for any refunds.
Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:
In case of any issue, customers are entitled to notify customer care of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 5 (Five) calendar days from the moment of receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives.

Exchange is only provided to the customer only in case of size issue is found at companies end for which the customer will have to share the picture with the customer care team.
Forward shipment policy
In Case Customers refuse to take Items at the time of delivery then shipping charges will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded back to the customer.
